Agreement to Our Terms By using Seedance.io, you confirm that you are at least 13 years of age and legally able to enter into this agreement. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you may not use our Service.
The Seedance.io Service Seedance.io provides a platform that allows you to generate unique videos using artificial intelligence. The quality and nature of the AI-generated content depend heavily on the prompts you provide and the inherent capabilities of our AI models.
Your Account and Commitments Account Security: You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account password and for all activities that occur under your account. Accurate Information: You agree to provide true and accurate information when you register and to keep it updated. Your Responsibilities: You are responsible for the text prompts and images you upload ("Inputs") and the videos you generate ("Outputs").
Rules of Conduct & Prohibited Use You agree not to use the Service to create, upload, or share any content that: Is illegal, hateful, harassing, or discriminatory. Infringes on any third party's intellectual property rights, including copyright and trademarks. Depicts non-consensual sexual content or graphic violence. Is designed to mislead, such as generating misinformation or fake endorsements. Attempts to reverse-engineer, decompile, or disrupt the integrity of our platform. Violation of these rules may result in immediate account suspension or termination.
Content Ownership & Intellectual Property You Own Your Content: You retain all ownership rights to the original content (Inputs) you upload to Seedance.io. Ownership of Generated Videos: For users on a paid plan, you own the videos (Outputs) you create and can use them for personal or commercial purposes, subject to the rules in Section 4. Users on a free plan are granted a limited, non-commercial license. Our Service IP: We retain all ownership rights to the Seedance.io platform, our logos, code, and the underlying AI models.
Subscriptions, Payments, and Refunds Paid Services: Certain features require a subscription. By signing up for a plan, you agree to pay the associated fees. Billing: Subscriptions are billed on a recurring basis (e.g., monthly or yearly). You can cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings to avoid future charges. Refund Policy: Due to the computational cost of generating AI videos, all payments are non-refundable, except where required by law.
Termination of Service We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to Seedance.io at our discretion, without notice, for any violation of these Terms or for any activity that harms our platform or other users.
Service "As Is" Disclaimer & Limitation of Liability The Service is provided on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that the generated content will meet your specific expectations. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Seedance.io and its affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability to you for any and all claims shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
Governing Law & Dispute Resolution These Terms are governed by the laws of [Your Country/State]. Any disputes arising from these Terms will first be addressed through informal negotiation.
